However, just a few questions:

1) When you say 'blend 6 pcs pandan leaves with water' to form the pandan water, do you mean to simply boil the pandan leaves in the water, or to literally handblend/chop/pulse the pandan leaves with the water? Would I then need to strain out the juice or do you add water/juice/pulp everything into the cake?
2) Can I replace corn oil with butter instead?

Thanks very much, I hope to hear from you soon!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04890467621470383472noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1647782977981359400.post-29402856798274253202013-01-03T22:33:53.459+08:002013-01-03T22:33:53.459+08:00can i use pandan paste instead of pandan water?can i use pandan paste instead of pandan water?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1647782977981359400.post-33709231135479242642012-12-08T19:40:39.621+08:002012-12-08T19:40:39.621+08:00Hi...have tried this receipe but my huat kueh not ...Hi...have tried this receipe but my huat kueh not as soft and fluffy like yours but my pandan huat kueh smile broadly...i really have no idea where goes wrong....miminoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1647782977981359400.post-28630917877397677312012-11-27T17:03:24.767+08:002012-11-27T17:03:24.767+08:00This comment has been removed by a blog administrator.soft toyshttp://www.directbears.co.uknoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1647782977981359400.post-17930474341795520482012-11-27T16:51:15.109+08:002012-11-27T16:51:15.109+08:00Beautyme, if you dont have blender to make pandan ...Beautyme, if you dont have blender to make pandan water, then you can use pandan paste which you can buy from bakery ingredients shop.
Please make sure you use self raising flour and baking powder that not expired !!Sonia ~ Nasi Lemak Loverhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05419159376275343283noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1647782977981359400.post-28840299397815090082012-11-25T13:49:31.911+08:002012-11-25T13:49:31.911+08:00Hi Sonia,
