I suspect your oven bottom heat is not enough, maybe you can extend the baking time, or change to bottom heat only ( if your oven has this function) after done the baking and bake for few more minutes.Sonia ~ Nasi Lemak Loverhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05419159376275343283noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1647782977981359400.post-83483566791270850222016-01-04T22:10:46.265+08:002016-01-04T22:10:46.265+08:00HI Sonia,

One being inverted and the other to remove immediately.

Could this be the problem or is it the oven being too hot? Should I bake at 140 continuously all the way?

MelAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00964298347722158766noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1647782977981359400.post-4565401385979219992015-11-17T16:04:31.988+08:002015-11-17T16:04:31.988+08:00Giselle, you can line baking paper at the bottom.

However after an hour I saw that the cake is detached from the cake tin.

Do I really have to bake the cake for 50 mins as mentioned in your recipe even if the cake is cooked after 30 mins? Does the cake have to be drier and harder through longer baking time.
The cake taste good. the only problem is that it did not stick to the panrachel.khttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10528857853413918737noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1647782977981359400.post-39383056948756673162015-10-26T23:54:01.619+08:002015-10-26T23:54:01.619+08:00Hi Sonia, your recipe is my all time favorite!!
