For health reasons I recently converted my diet & lifestyle to the Primal Blueprint which means I shouldn't consume wheat or rice-based products as well. Being Chinese and having had a lifelong love-affair with my rice and noodles, this has been difficult. But as tapioca flour is a neutral ingredient in the Primal Blueprint diet, I had been searching for ways to make some sort of noodle with it. And yours is by far the most achievable and most delicious-looking dish. So, thank you so much for posting this :)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1647782977981359400.post-51535597373346694722011-05-12T15:05:47.391+08:002011-05-12T15:05:47.391+08:00Hi Sonia

Once done, boil the noodle in hot water, when you see the color change and it float, that means the noodle is done. Transfer to cold water and keep till you start to cook it.<BR/>I just cook like normal Hokkien style fried noodle.Sonia ~ Nasi Lemak Loverhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05419159376275343283noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1647782977981359400.post-91398356901716917662009-03-05T20:09:00.000+08:002009-03-05T20:09:00.000+08:00Your son is so cute.
