Ginger Spinach Salad Tower 姜汁菠菜塔

This is another dish related to ginger. A cold salad with ginger juices. My family still not so keen eating cold salad while taking dinner.

Anyway, this spinach salad tower is very healthy with all good ingredients used.

Ginger Spinach Salad Tower 姜汁菠菜塔
(recipe source: modified from here)

150g spinach, cut into 2” in length
gs5 copy 1tsp Goji (wolfberries), soak in hot water for 5mins
1tsp sesame oil

1tsp grated ginger
3tbsp hot water
1tsp light soy sauce
1tsp chicken stock power
2tsp white vinegar

Method

  1. Blanch spinach in hot boiling water till soften, drained, add in sesame oil, mix well and set aside.
  2. Mix ginger, hot water, light soy sauce, chicken stock powder and vinegar in a small mixing bowl, mix well.
  3. Mix ginger mixture with cooked spinach and wolfberries. Spoon into a round cup, turn it upside down and serve.

Even before I browsed over your ingredients, the pic says it all that this is a healthy dish. I love spinach in any way to cook and prepare.
