Mostly frozen cooked products that coffee shops purchased and put them in steamer. In the 70s, some traditional coffee shops would have kitchens freshly made these steamed breakfast and to what I know the loh mai kai is glutinous rice and fan choy is rice along side with some baos. I used to run into the kitchen (I was a little girl then) to see what they made.
