Steamed egg tofu with pork and prawn

Follow to Annie's recipe "http://chezannies.blogspot.com/" steamed egg tofu with pork and prawn, the taste wass very good. But I made a slight change, actually we do not need to cook the separate sauce as some sauce (tofu water) will come out after steamed, and the sauce already contain sweetness, so I just add little bit of soy sauce, sesame oil& fried shallot, the taster was wonderful...

As not to waste food, for those extra tofu after spoon out, I added some chili , pork, prawn and bean paste (Tocu) , it became another dish so called Mah Poh Tofu, the taste was yummy yummy.

mapo tofu is really one of the simplest dishes to make anywhere in the world so long as you can get hold of tofu and sauce package.

Here I bought a sauce pack so as to skip all the seasonings! and i will try this friday after work.
