Asam Laksa




Long time thinking to cook Asam Laksa, finally I cooked it on Sunday for lunch after few research via Recipe books, blog and get help from my Malay friend. The taste of My version of asam laksa was good but it can be better with one important sauce i.e "Penang" prawn paste (Har koe), need to ask hubby to buy it when he has any business trip to Penang.

    Wahhhh, another of my favorite! I made it once before using Amy Beh's recipe from Kuali online @ the Star.

    Why you're posting a pic without recipe ? There're million of blogs have Assam laksa recipes, and you wants us to email you for the recipe? Such as silly blog
