Bak Ku Teh, Sarawak white pepper
My husband recently admitted to Hospital, after discharged, he still feel uncomfortable due to his stomach full of wind. So I cooked this special Bak Ku Teh soup for him. I added a lot of white pepper (bought in Kuching,Sarawak) . As for the Bak Ku Teh herbs, I use the ready package which my friend selling for it, you can easily find it in the Chinese Herb shops, wet market and etc. The flavour is a bit "kam".

Nancy, Thank you for your advice, will let my husband know.
