Assam Chili steamed fish
Using my mother's home made assam chili paste to steam this fish (I don't know the fish name, my mum told me is "meat fish (in Hokkian) ", the taste is sweet and sour, and a lot of onion is added, very appetizing and delicious. Photo shown is before steam, better presentation.

I like this assam fish ! The sauce is thick enough to go along with the rice ! Yummy !
