Frozen Breaded Fish

I bought this frozen breaded fish from the nearby wet market, this is something new to be found in wet market. The hawker said this is come from Sabah and the name of the fish is " red fish". Few aunties keep saying that they have tried it and it taste good. So I bought a packet to try. The step is simple, just take out from freezer and straight away deep fried it, serve hot with chili sauce.

    RM 15/pkt, quite a big packet.
    The taste is better than the frozen Dory fish. Dont need to add anything, just fry and serve. Good to accompany with beer.
