加料 Bah Kut Teh

For Klang people, we like to take Bah Kut Teh in our own favorite BKT shop outside, but we also like to cook it at home as well.
This time, I cooked Bah Kut Teh again, but 加料 with additional sea cucumber, yummy yummy.
As usual, I use my friend 's "Klang Old Grand Bah Kuet Teh" pre-packed BKT herbs, you may find recipe in this website too.

-Using caserole instead of claypot...

  2. Aiya, lost to 温馨小屋 today!

I thought Klang ppl won't cook "bah kut teh" at home but then with those 加料 you had in there, I think yours will taste much better than the one found in restaurant around town.

Hmmm...maybe I should ask my wife to cook "bah kut teh" this weekend...

    Btw, 1st show is awesome!
