This is a favorite dish in DIN TAI FUNG 鼎泰豐 (I saw in Colin's blog before), I never been there to try out this pork chop rice. This dish look simple to prepare, I tried to cook this dish at home in one of the lazy weekend, and it turned really delicious.
-simple fried rice ( cooked Japanese rice, egg and Siew Park Choy veggie)
- Marinate pork chop with ginger juices, light soy sauce, sugar, salt, dark soy sauce, Chinese wine, pepper. Coat with tapioca flour and deep fry.
Do enjoy Cooking !!!
