Blueberry Jam Muffins

Desmond again requested me to bake something for him to bring to his school's party on the last day before school holiday. Since it was a last minutes request, so I bake something simple, blueberry jam muffin..

  30. Hi, your muffins looked so beautiful with the jam swirls! I am a novice and would like to know if I can replace the Cake flour 210g with a)All Purpose Flour 210g or b)Self raising Flour 210g and omit both baking/p and baking/s ? Thanks!

  31. Anna, you can replace with self raising flour without soda and baking powder.
