ReplyDeleteI'm new to baking, not sure how to cream butter with sugar for making tarts. Do we use our hand, wooden spoon or mixer for creaming?
Thanks.

ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing this wonderful recipe..I just baked them this afternoon. Its so easy to make and the texture is velvety! I reduced the sugar to 120g & the sweetness is just right for me. However, I have a problem with cupcakes..the papercups will drop out after they are cooled. Do you have this problem? Do u bake your cupcakes in the lower rack or middle rack?
ReplyDeleteMany thanks
Chilliqueen :)
