This is my final update of my recent trip to Gold Coast Australia.
* This was a simple stir-fried mixed vegetables with roasted macadamia nuts that prepared by me.
We were staying in Anacapri Apartment (refer to Trip Advisor review here), a reasonably priced apartment, within easy walking distance of central Surfers Paradise, and also few bus-stop are just located nearby this apartment. We booked a three bedrooms apartment with a living room, a laundry room, balcony and a fully furnished kitchen.
We bought fresh veggie, meat, bread and etc from a nearby supermarket and prepared our own breakfast and dinner.
** This was another simple stir-fried Australian beef with spring onion that prepared by me, this was really good...
We even bought Jasmine rice to cook. This was my 1st time cooking rice using a normal pot but not using an electric rice cooker, the result was good too!
We even prepared roast chicken for dinner.
Simple breakfast that prepared by me.
-Sunset at Gold Coast, Australia
These sunset scene were taken at the 16th floor from the apartment, front view of the apartment but back view of Surfers Paradise.
We really enjoyed this trip and Thank you to all who are following through my update about this trip.
I would like to wish all of you a Happy New Year, see you in 2011 !!
