Meals and Sunset at Gold Coast, Australia

This is my final update of my recent trip to Gold Coast Australia.

* This was a simple stir-fried mixed vegetables with roasted macadamia nuts that prepared by me.

We were staying in Anacapri Apartment (refer to Trip Advisor review here), a reasonably priced apartment, within easy walking distance of central Surfers Paradise, and also few bus-stop are just located nearby this apartment. We booked a three bedrooms apartment with a living room, a laundry room, balcony and a fully furnished kitchen.
We bought fresh veggie, meat, bread and etc from a nearby supermarket and prepared our own breakfast and dinner.

** This was another simple stir-fried Australian beef with spring onion that prepared by me, this was really good...

We even bought Jasmine rice to cook. This was my 1st time cooking rice using a normal pot but not using an electric rice cooker, the result was good too!

We even prepared roast chicken for dinner.
