Cheese and sausage bread rolls

This is a simple bread recipe that easily win kid's heart ! 骗小孩 ！

























You can easily find all the ingredients needed in this recipe in your kitchen, example this plain bread...

I adapted this recipe from Nadji, Paris, i use google translator to translate her recipe since I don't know her languages..

Cheese and sausage bread rolls
*serve 3-4person

6 slices of bread
6 sausages
6 slices of cheddar cheese

mayonnaise

1-2 eggs, add salt and pepper, beat slightly
1 cup milk
1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup breadcrumbs

Oil for frying

Method
1. Cut and remove the edges(brown) of bread
2. With a rolling pin, finely roll each slice of bread in 2 directions.
3. Spread mayonnaise on each of piece of bread, amount to taste.
4. Place a slice of cheese and followed by a sausage on each piece of bread
5. Wrap and roll the bread and get it hold neatly
6. Go quickly dip and coat each of sandwich into milk, flour, egg and finally in breadcrumbs.
7. Deep fry in hot oil over medium flame till golden brown.
