Sorry for missing in action for few days, i was busy with a team of contractors to fix some furniture in my house and another team doing water feature in my garden. When not updating for few days, I feel lazy to update a new post....Anyway, i'm back again with this buttery, moist and full of orange aroma butter cake.

Thanks to all for the best wishes given to my sister. Now this cotton cheesecake with blueberries filling is a hot cake in my family, my younger sister also asked me to bake one for her coming May's birthday. I started to think of selling this cake as to earn some pocket money, hehehe...Today i would like to share with you a new cake, Avocado Pound cake.

He is 11 years old now, and Genoise sponge

I baked a coffee sponge cake for my son Lucas 11th Birthday few days ago. There was no big party held this time since I just organized one last year. I just prepared his favorite nasi lemak (a truly nasi lemak lover’s son,hehehe ) and fried chicken. He is big boy now and no longer wants a cake decorate with cartoon character. He is started to know how to enjoy a cup of good coffee, am thinking to get a coffee maker soon.
