Lemon bundt cake
Today there will be no new recipe sharing, just like to show you that I baked a lemon butter cake which is my sister's favourite cake using the new bundt pan i bought recently.
I'm glad to see the good result of this new bundt pan..
Please find the recipe here.
Just like to share these photos with you. I captured this grasshoppers photo in a lovely evening when we were chatting in our garden. I have not seen grasshoppers mating ( mereka dua tengah buat big project, hehehe) and also see them so close...Enjoy these photos !

Hi Sonia,
ReplyDeleteI just get to know ur blog recently but i like it do much. It becomes my favorite site. By the way i would appreciate uf u could share me the tip of using this bunt mold. I got the same as ur but i face problem in taking the cake out after baking. It still sticked to the mold despite i geased the mold will butter and flour. Your cake loojs not only yummy but also very beautiful. Thank u veru much. Sophia
Sophia, thanks for your support. If I could recall, since it is new , I don't bother to butter and flour the pan, it just unmould perfectly ..one tip, you have to wait the cake cool completely then only can unmould.
ReplyDeleteThank you very much for your tip. I will try again and let u know the result.
ReplyDeleteHave a nice day. Sophia
