This is the last update of my Melaka trip..
Nadeje Patisserie-Mille Crepes
I have heard of this famous Mille crepes, this time i managed to try it. After our Nyonya meal at Taman Melaka Raya, we headed to their shop located at Plaza Mahkota ( I thought plaza should be look like shopping mall but i was wrong, actually Plaza Mahkota is all shop lots)
Wehought there will be long queue but we were wrong, plenty of seats for us to choose..
Since we just had dinner, so we just ordered two for a try..This is strawberry crepes..
The taste of this crepe was just ok, a very creamy kind of cake, i feel this crepe cake is nothing to shout out..
The original flavour..

Everytime when we visited to Melaka, we will sure take dinner at Ole Nyonya restaurant...
From the outside look quiet only, but when we opened the doors, there were full of peoples !
This lantern must be very old already..
No nice look but very tasty salted veggie and duck soup.(RM 10.50).
sambal petai prawn (RM 12)..quite good..
Kapitan chicken curry (RM12), this was good too..
Chap Chai (mixed vegetables) RM10, they cook it with fermented soy bean paste, quite good..
Otak-otak (RM 10.50), quite good too.
You can refill rice as many times you like, love how they serve rice in the wooden basket with banan leaf..
Plus drinks, total bill came to RM 92 (quite reasonable price)

Donald & Lily - Nyonya Laksa (Halal)
Located at an old wooden house, love this kind of atmosphere, remind me of my grandfather's wooden house in the old time..
There is no menu provided, you just look up and make the order from the menu hanging on top..there are only few dishes to choose, Nyonya laksa, Mee Soon Siam, Cendol, Chap Chai, fried rice, nasi lemak and Pongteh chiken..
They add sago in the cendol, taste just like normal cendol..
We love their Nyonya laksa, not overing seasonings and not too creamy, yummy!
Oh, their Mee Hoon Siam also very good, we packed back to hotel since we were too full after taken the laksa.. I also cook this when came back home, will post recipe in next post..
They are going to move to new place after 16th June 2012..we actually spotted their new shop which located at new business shop lot. But I still prefer their old wooden shop which located at the famous Red House area..
Hassan’s Mee Goreng @ Jalan Tengkera, Melaka
This is a stall that i wanted to try long ago. I saw in an old Flavours food magazine recommended their famous Mee Goreng.. another very crowded eating place..
You can see a bottle of cuka(vinegar) and kicap manis (soy sauce) on each table,,which you can mix into your noodles’ according to your own liking..
half cooked deep fried egg with cucumber and their homemade sambal..
Actually their mee goreng is very simple, stir fry yellow noodles, bean sprouts and sambal..
RM 1.50 per plate..The taste was quite good, it taste even better if you added the cuka and kicap!
I love their Nasi Lemak more than mee goreng, sweet sambal and nasi kukus, perfect!
If this nasi lemak wrap with banana leaf, lagi bagus!
Hassan’s Mee Goreng
Jalan Tengkera (near Methodist Girl School)
Actually we have few eating places missed to visit, like famous satay celup (we went there but they were closed) , nyonya kueh stalls & etc.. these places we will keep for next visit..
