Recipes from Nancy and Twister

1) Earlier dont know how to cook this kind of mushroom ( gift from a friend during CNY), after saw Nancy's post http://nancymummy.blogspot.com/2009/02/blog-post_25.html, immediately I tried her recipe, the taste was great.













2) I even tried Twister 's lemon chicken http://twister733.blogspot.com/2008/12/twister_08.html, the taste was great too. Best to accompany with a bowl of white rice.

    Alamak ! I like these two dishes !

    They look so delicious ! If you take the pictures with you digital camera , I think the result will even look better !
