-The original Alfredo Spaghetti from Fullhouse, mine very similar to this right?
I don't think you need a recipe from me, all of you are expect on this pasta than me...But one thing I one to highlight here is the chicken breast, coat it with sea salt and pepper, pan fry till brown in color, this way the chicken meat is very nice, tender, salty and aroma of 咸香..
Do enjoy cooking !!!
This is one of my favourite meal at home. Thanks for sharing, looks good :)

ReplyDeleteHi Sonia, thank you for being so sweet about my blog on canning and everything else. I just started typing what I did for the day and can not believe how long the blog became. Keats the sunshine girl,Thanks.
ReplyDeleteBakeling,no, I didn't add any flour, the noodle suck the sauce, thus it became thick, actually I like the sauce a bit watery like the one served in Fullhouse.
Shandy, my pleasure to read your long post..looking forward for more post from you.
Wow! Yours dish definitely resemble the restaurant dish, I think it looks even better!
ReplyDeleteGood job girl!
We love Alfredo sauce, it's our favorite pasta sauce, it's also the most fattening. Ha!
