Pan fried Salmon and Mushroom Soup

A simple Western meal in one of the lazy Sunday.....

The meal consists of:-
1. Salad pack from Cold Storage- Romaine Leaf, Radicchio, Wild Rocket, Frisse, and Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing
2. Pan fried Salmon- Salmon coated with pepper and sea salt, pan fry till cooked.
3. Dressing for Salmon-chopped shallot, ginger, garlic, red chili, basil, parsley, mix with lime juice, olive oil, soy sauce, salt and black pepper
4. Japanese Potato salad- will share the recipe in next post
5. Mushroom soup- I was using Cherry on a Cake's recipe.

-very nice creamy mushroom soup with garlic bread

*** very economic to prepare this meal at home, if we were taken similar meal in outside restaurant, definitely it will cost much much more..
