Orange Chiffon

When I first see Colin's wife baked a orange chiffon cake for him, I asked him for a recipe (because at that time I still new in baking chiffon), and you know what he replied to me, he said I don't need this recipe because a sifu(master) like me, don't need a recipe. Alamak, he really has full confidence on me, hahaha..No choice, so I wait until now then I managed to bake my 1st orange chiffon... Here you go..

If you need this recipe, please refer to my previous Pandan Chiffon, just replace pandan water with fresh orange juice and add little of orange zest. This chiffon has very mild orange aroma, anyway it is simple and nice.

Do enjoy Baking !!!
