Recipe adapted from Moon's 简单过放屁巧克力玉米, her title really suite to this easy to prepare cookie, hahaha, Thanks Moon !!
Chocolate Covered Cornflakes cookie
Cooking chocolate 200g
Cornflakes 150g
Decorate with- chocolate rice, multi-colour chocolate rice & etc
1. Melt chocolate over double boiler.
2. Immediate mix melted chocolate with cornflakes while still hot.
3. Lightly crush the cornflakes while mixing.
4. Spoon into mini paper cups, and decorate it.
5. Let cool completely, and store in air-tight container

FC88 and small small baker, no, it will not turn soggy, immediately store in air-tight container.
Oooh! When I was a kid in Singapore, my Sunday school teachers used to make these for me...I loved it!

ReplyDeleteI used to make this for my kids but not planning to make any this year since they will be loaded with lots of junks when they go visiting. But I prefer to coat the cornflakes with honey instead of chocolate, less messy (on the face I mean) ;-)
