Foo Yong Dan / Chinese Onion & Shrimps Omelette

I like this simple Chinese style of omelette, we call it as 'Foo Yong Dan", and I would said every Chinese mom also know how to cook this. I especially love the sweetness from the onions, usually I will add a lot.

  30. Dear all, Thanks for your lovely words, do try out this simple recipe.

A year on the grill, Chinese sausage is ground raw meat sausage, see the link here-http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chinese_sausage, you may omit this if you can't find it. Or you may replaced with ham but thought the taste will be slightly difference.
