I tried this fish recipe from a old recipe book with title "Healthful recipes, The wise choice from Nutrition Society of Malaysia", a very easy recipe and healthy fish dish.

Ingredients
1 fish fillet
1 lime (extracted juice)
1/2tsp salt

Herbs paste
2 cloves garlic
½” ginger

  29. Great find! I am looking for more ways to grill fish - have only one tasty recipe so far for which I use Dory fish fillet.

Sonia - may I know what fish did u use for the recipe above? Was it a fillet? I prefer to use a whole fish than fillet if possible.

  30. The sudden cook, i use Threadfin fish but you can replace with any kind of fishes and also ok to cook with whole fish, maybe you need to increase the herbs ingredients.
