Brown sugar, Cinnamon Chiffon Cake 红糖肉桂戚风蛋糕

My friend introduced to me this new flavour of chiffon cake. If you like anything with cinnamon , then you will like this chiffon cake. Even brown sugar is used, but i still come out with this recipe which is less sweet. I was so happy found these edible flowers, so quickly bake this cake and decorated with these flowers, look lovely !

Nasi Lemak Birthday Cake 椰浆饭生日蛋糕

My son Lucas now can take over my place as Nasi Lemak Lover, Lolz ^_^. He is now eating more nasi lemak than me. He is a junior of Nasi Lemak Lover. So for his Birthday, I made a Nasi Lemak Birthday Cake for him as i have wanted to make this cake long ago. Finally I made it , and it seem easy than making a real Birthday cake, hahaha..

I made this cheesecake not because any of my family member's celebrating Birthday, but it was requested by little son as he was craving for this type of cheesecake. Just wonder since when my little boy started to like cheesecake, thought this is girl thing , hahaha..
