Wildlife Currumbin Sanctuary, Gold Coast Australia

On the 1st day in Gold Coast Australia was a raining day, spent the whole morning planning the places to visit, left only half day, thus we decided to visit Koala and Kangaroo at Wildlife Currumbin Sanctuary. We just took bus at the nearby bus stop and bus stopped just in front of this wildlife park, so convenience.

Kangaroos here are so friendly, you can get very close to them, touch and play with them.

Great photos! Thanks for sharing. I love the pictures of Desmond and the kangaroo. It does look like they are just hanging around chatting. All they need is some tea and biscuits.

The one that you've forgotten the name, that's a Tasmanian devil and they are ferocious little creature. I volunteered in the Zoo so I know what it is :)

The koala looks so cute and the kangaroo is huge! What a shame that I never really used the chance to see koalas and kangaroos up close when I was still living in Oz...!

How adorable! Wow, the first pics of the koalas show just how well fed the cute little animals are. That tummy is ROUND. The kangaroo pictures are wonderful and your son and the kangaroo look deep in conversation; so cute. Sounds like everyone is having a great time!
