Sourdough Foccacia _Paddington House of Pancakes the Curves

~Ham and Cheese Foccacia Sandwich~

I have been baking a lot sourdough bread mainly for my family consumption. I have never think of one day i can even supply my homemade sourdough bake to a restaurant. Until Paddington House of Pancakes which is located at the Curves approached me and asked me to supply my homemade sourdough focaccia for their new menu, which will be launched on 3 Nov 2017.

~Smoked Salmon Open Focaccia Sandwich~

The sourdough focaccia that i made had gone through long and overnight bulk fermentation in order to get the nice flavour and aroma. After the restaurant staff toast it, the crust is crispy and crumb is soft and airy.
One can enjoy them with ham, smoked salmon, egg mayo, different sauces ,salad green and etc. And they are free of commercial yeast, only natural yeast from sourdough starter is being used, and 100% handmixed and handmade. They are perfect wholesome meal that you should not missed out.

I was hoping in vain for you to answer my enquiries about natural yeast starter just before this posting. Seeing that you have time to blog this I am quite sure you have time to answer my simple query but maybe my queries are too idiotic so you choose to ignore.
