hee hee you won't believe this, but we recently did this exact same thing for our supperclub. it was a breakfast theme, and we wanted to showcase tau huey, but couldn't make it here obvously , very tricky, so we settled for soy milk puddings instead, and we made a ginger brown sugar syrup to go over too ;) yummy!

Wow that's a busy cooking schedule! With my kids activities and driving them around, I rarely stay at home, even though I'm a stay at home mom! I wish I can cook all day long... that would be fun? :) At least you have many recipes to share with us! Yay for us!

Hi Sonia, I made this pudding over the weekend. It was so easy, I bought hot soya bean milk and the brown sugar syrup from the drink seller for only RM 3. Used the chicken essence bottles. So nice. Makes about 20. Thanks.

hmm..quite unique to serve with grated ginger instead of ginger syrup.
