Awwww....Sonia, you already make me miss home having be back in Adelaide for just a week. My grandma used to cook this often during prayers and we would substitute half the coconut milk with evaporated milk just to make things healthier. And the gravy, we soak it up with Gardenia bread, it's yummy, reminiscing hometown food. Thank you!
I enjoy Chinese style chicken curry because of the potatoes that are added. It's nice to see all of the different types of curries out there.

Hi Sonia
Finally, I tried your Chinese Style Chicken Curry and it was a success! This is my first try on curries and my mother in law is impressed by the outcome!
For all first timer, just note that it needs to take a longer time to cook the chicken before putting in the fried potatoes, otherwise it will turned messy.
Try ... and you will not regret!
Thanks Sonia for sharing!
Felicia
Dear Sonia,
May I know what brand of the curry powder or paste that you used?

Hi Sonia! Your curry looks amazing. Wondering which type of chilli paste did you use for this recipe? As I live in the UK, need to try to purchase or find a substitute for it. Hoping to recreate this dish soon. Thank you!
