Assam Fish Curry 亚参咖喱鱼

After cooked few types of assam fish, example this assam fish using homemade assam paste , or Indian fish curry, my family currently prefer this latest version of Assam fish curry.

My kids sure have more rice when i cook this assam fish curry ^_^

1 cup and 1/4cup water
8 okra or ladyfingers, halved
1 tomato, slice wedges

3tsp sugar or to taste

  2. Heat oil in a wok or pot, add in blended chili paste, sauté till aroma.

Greetings from Kuwait.

Totally agreed with Phong Hong.
My kids loves the lady fingers so much that I have to put extra every time cooking assam fish.

Have a nice day..

My hubby is from Assam and when I showed him your post he simply was nostalgic and literally coerced me to follow your recipe. Would prepare it this weekend here in Chennai.
