Alfredo Spaghetti

I learnt this white sauce spaghetti from FullhouseSimple and nice spaghetti..

-The original Alfredo Spaghetti from Fullhouse, mine very similar to this right?

I don't think you need a recipe from me, all of you are expect on this pasta than me...But one thing I one to highlight here is the chicken breast, coat it with sea salt and pepper, pan fry till brown in color, this way the chicken meat is very nice, tender, salty and aroma of 咸香..
Do enjoy cooking !!!

Sonia, YUM! I love pasta with chicken and alfredo sauce, especially when fresh mushrooms are added.

I wish there was a way I could send you some of our fruit. Does your country have any fruit you get that does not cost so much? I would love to know.

Palidor, yes, fresh shiitake mushrooms..

Reanaclaire, mine also Malaysian style, hahaha..

Shandy, so kind of you, no worry, we can still buy imported fruit here, just the price is a bit expensive. Malaysia here we have tropica fruit such as rambutan, mangosteen , durian &etc, you can check out Malaysia fruit link:http://www.marimari.com/content/malaysia/best_of/fruits/fruits.html..

LCOM, ya, this is yummy.

Hi Sonia, thank you for being so sweet about my blog on canning and everything else. I just started typing what I did for the day and can not believe how long the blog became. I think I think I am just as shocked that you found the time to look at it. Thank you for that =). I hope you are doing well.

You know, I have never heard of fruit calle rambutan or mangosteen before. Thank you for posting the link.

Keats the sunshine girl,Thanks.

Bakeling,no, I didn't add any flour, the noodle suck the sauce, thus it became thick, actually I like the sauce a bit watery like the one served in Fullhouse.

Shandy, my pleasure to read your long post..looking forward for more post from you.
