A 12 years old girl cook dinner for family

I was having stomach upset for the whole last week, not feeling like eating (actually this is good, hehehe), no mood baking and cooking (this is bad, family members suffered from this). My daughter proposed herself to cook dinner for family (with the help from my helper) , this was the dinner that she prepared for us, 3 dishes and 1 soup:-

The dinner menu included:-

1. Sweet and Sour Fish fillet - this was really yummy

2. Stir fried Chinese Cabbage

3. Stir fried Bean sprout and Glass noodle - bean sprout is her favorite veggie

4. ABC soup -carrot, onion, potato, tomato and pork ribs

5. Pandan rice- very creative

Don't think your need a recipe for this right? Otherwise I need to ask from my daughter, hahaha..

Jeslyn, mummy is proud to have you, I love you...

你女儿是你平常教导有方,耳熏目染下,所以才会煮出现模像样的餐食。

她也算是有天分啦 !可以再升级,多教一些别的 !

Sonia, here is the URL address to the puff pastry in my blog: http://passionatepastry.blogspot.com/search?updated-max=2009-06-07T16%3A01%3A00-07%3A00&max-results=12

I was making croissants so all you would need is the actual making of the dough, not the rolling out and cutting into shapes. Hope this makes sense to you =).

She probably got her cooking talents from you! Honestly, definitely not an easy task for a 12 years old to prepare. Simply amazing!

Lucky you to have such a great and caring daughter!
