I love chicken wings.. looks so tasty..^_^
Do you think is it ok if i bake the chicken wings instead of frying?

Rachel, I think should be ok, but fry will have more crispy skin, actually dont need to fry too long, so long as the skin turn golden brown, as you still need to simmer it.

在这个时候看到这道菜,对我来说真的不是很明智的选择...看到肚子咕噜咕噜叫咯!如果现在一边看电视一边有这鸡翅啃那该有多棒...

I usually don't take the chicken skin . After removing the skin , is there anymore meat left ?

But with the first fried and then simmered result, they will have the 红烧 taste , it is 正点 !

30mins?! That's quick and easy!

Do you have to marinate it over night?

I always cook the chicken wings with ginger, sesame oil and oyster sauce but never try to deep fry it first. Must try this recipe.

两种做法我都喜欢!
你也可以用烤炉来烤鸡翅膀,也很好吃,而且不用油!

Sonia said...

pigpigcorner, this is easy to cook.

Felvinc, next time I will use oven to bake it, like you said, save $$, save oil, save gas and healthy..
