Oyster Sauce Chicken Wings

For those who like to eat chicken wings, this is a very simple and delicious dish that you should try out.









-Deep fried the chicken wings (marinate with oyster sauce, light soy sance, pepper, dark soy sauce for colouring).







Simple steps to share:-

1. Saute ginger, garlic and spring onion.

2. Add in the fried chicken wings and water.

3. Season with oyster sauce, light soy sauce, salt, sugar and Chinese wine.

4. Simmer for about 30mins.

Rachel, I think should be ok, but fry will have more crispy skin, actually dont need to fry too long, so long as the skin turn golden brown, as you still need to simmer it.

I usually don't take the chicken skin . After removing the skin , is there anymore meat left ?


But with the first fried and then simmered result, they will have the 红烧 taste , it is 正点 !

I always cook the chicken wings with ginger, sesame oil and oyster sauce but never try to deep fry it first. Must try this recipe.

Dear all, this is a very delicious dish, fyi, I gonna to cook it again for today dinner. You should try it , but remember do not add too much of wine, a drop will do..

Colin, actually do not need to marinate overnight, 1-2 hours is sufficient..

Felvinc, next time I will use oven to bake it, like you said, save $$, save oil, save gas and healthy..
