I believe it just be 99% as delicious as the one you tasted in Thailand! I might give it a try on my next shopping for mackerel fish.

As I go fishing regularly I eat lot of fish. There are always leftover pieces when fileting the fish and this is where they end in Thai fish end.So good and must for who loves test of thai food.

Look at the fishcake- it is FILLEd with fish. Not floury like what we get outside. While I dont like deep frying, I could almost see myself eating it as it comes out of the fryer!

Hi Sonia, I plan to do this for dinner tomorrow. If I am using ready fish paste from the market, do I still have to beat it against the side of the bow? Thanks!

Sonia ~ Nasi Lemak Lover said...

Teo, you feel the texture first whether it sticky or not, if not sticky then you need to beat it
