Here is the steamed cup cake recipe:-
4 eggs
100g sugar
50ml corn oil
130g self raising flour or cake flour
1/2 tsp vanilla ( or pandan, chocolate &etc)
1. Combine the eggs and sugar in the bowl of an electric mixer and whisk until fluffy.
2. Add corn oil,vanilla, and followed by self raising flour and whisk well.
3. Pour into paper cup and steamed for 20 minutes.

follow your recipe i only do 5 cups only...i think the cup that i using was bigger than your 1....
very nice to eat...forget to take photo..coz my sons was waiting there when i steamed the cup cakes...each of them get 2, i and my hubby share 1... :)
hahaha, next time you increase the volume and use smaller cup cake lor. And suggest you to use the normal type of cup cake because I noticed that the bigger cup ( thick type),a layer of wax will come out after steamed, not so healthy even they look nicer than normal type.
