Simple recipe to share:-
Marinate pork ribs with-five spice powder, light soy sauce, Mirin (replace with little sugar if you don't have this), pepper, salt, sesame oil, egg, corn starch, and dark soy sauce (for colouring purposes)
Fresh pineapple- cut into cubes
Fresh red chili- cut big piecesSauce- tomato sauce, sour plum sauce, sugar, vinegar, salt, water and few drops of Tabasco(optional)..
Steps:-
1. Deep fry the marinated pork ribs till brown.
2.Heat oil in a wok, saute garlic, add in sauce and pineapple, cook for 1-2mins.
3. Add in the fried pork ribs and red chili, mix well and cook till sauce became thick.
4. Dish out and serve hot.
