Pineapple Pork Ribs

After tried the Watermelon pork rib , this time I added pineapple, if you like to have a change on your usual pork ribs dish, please do so, the ribs are sticky and flavorful.

Simple recipe to share:-

Marinate pork ribs with-five spice powder, light soy sauce, Mirin (replace with little sugar if you don't have this), pepper, salt, sesame oil, egg, corn starch, and dark soy sauce (for colouring purposes)

Fresh pineapple- cut into cubes

Fresh red chili- cut big pieces

Sauce- tomato sauce, sour plum sauce, sugar, vinegar, salt, water and few drops of Tabasco(optional)..

Steps:-

1. Deep fry the marinated pork ribs till brown.

2.Heat oil in a wok, saute garlic, add in sauce and pineapple, cook for 1-2mins.

3. Add in the fried pork ribs and red chili, mix well and cook till sauce became thick.

4. Dish out and serve hot.

Do enjoy Cooking !!!

Colin, wait for you to invent for something can transfer smell, then you will be millionaire by that time, hahaha..

Zurin, I think you better replaced with chicken pieces (with bone), that will be better. Looking forward your doggie cookie in your blog.
