Sonia is it compulsory to use cake flour for this recipe , can I use other flour like self-raising flour instead ? My daughter wants to try baking during her scool vacation.

Petite, I bet they will love it.

sulianmummy, you should, today my daughter told me her headmaster even gave good compliment to this cookie.

A full timed housefly, i dont know ler, never try use other type of flour, I guess all purpose flour will be a better choice iso self raising flour.

I tried. But a silly qtn, how to prevent the doggie nose from sticky? (even I cool it down). I tried to put in fridge to get it harden, but after I removed from fridge, the nose get sticky again. :-(

Sonia ~ Nasi Lemak Lover said...

Zavest1, if I could remembered since I have so long did not make this, the doggie nose is slightly sticky even I store in a airtight container. Sorry to say that I have no idea on how to prevent from not sticky. Did you store in a airtight container?

Hei said...

Tks for ur prompt reply. I had no chance to store in airtight container as I worried the sticky nose will mess up with each other if I stack them together. So I just kept them in lock lock box and frozen them at once, :-p. Maybe I should take them out from fridge and make use of the short period of harden nose , quickly pack them in airtight container. :-)
