Grilled Pandan Leaf Chicken
The other day saw 米亚 prepared the grilled banana leaf chicken, so I also tried to cook this but I replaced banana leaf with pandan leaf. Anyway, I feel pandan leaf chicken taste better if deep fry it

Nancy, I use the baking tray and put inside oven to grill it.
Bakeling, lazy to write the recipe, i just use the normal ingrediants like shallot, garlic, lengkuas , fresh kunyit and serai, blend it and tasted with salt, sugar and add some coriander powder, thats all.
Mia, pandan has a very aroma smell..

Sonia, great, this is a healty way of cooking pandan chicken! yesterday i grilled chicken wings in my toaster oven too... didnt take picture, cos too yummy, Adeline & I finished everything!!

Hmmm...I don't think I have tried this before but it looks and sound like a good idea. Do you think it will cook well on BBQ grill?
