roasted Cajun cauliflower

My kids especially Lucas love roasted cauliflower, especially with turmeric spices, but this time I tried with Cajun powder which I bought at the usual bakery ingredients shop.

Roasted Cajun Cauliflower

Earlier I was adapted recipe from Teczcape-An escape to food, and usually I like to serve this with turmeric rice.

My kids and my husband have this one their "not so prefered" list. They will avoid cauliflower if possible.

Sigh, hard for me to incorporate this into dinner, unless I hide it, or do it in a way they can't pick it out.

A lovely side dish. ;) I am sure the sweetness from the cauliflower is released after roasting, super!

Wow, looks nice, yummy and healthy! Do you think that it can be done in a small oven-toaster? I don't own a proper oven la...only an oven-toaster and a straight microwave oven.

I have GOT to try roasting cauliflower. I roast so many other veggies that I don't know why I haven't tried this one. I saw Giada do it the other day and it looked wonderful.

This sound easy and promising. Though my family doest like cauliflower I may bake a small portion.
