Yesterday i just realized that the pasar malam (night market) at my place Setia Alam is the longest pasar malam in Malaysia and also included in The Malaysia Book of Records. I grap this opportunity to record down this special moment and share with you..
I did not wait for the official ceremony (hand over certificate) ..quickly grap few pictures of the event and went to take what the hawkers selling here..
This pasar malam is a food paradise, you can find all kind of foods here from Chinese, Indian, Malay, Europe, Japanese & etc...
I took a lot of pictures, take a breath before you start to scroll down....

You can find shoes, clothes, electrical items, accessories, toys and etc..
also you can find tibits, biscuits, snacks and etc..
you also can buy vegetables, fruits, fish products, dried and pickled foods and etc
I saw a lot of peoples bringing their foreign guests to this pasar malam..
Phew... this is a post that contain the most pictures (around 60+) in my blog history. Actually there are more stalls (total around 300++) but i'm unable to capture all. I hope you all enjoy..If one day you planning to visit me, make sure you drop by on Saturday, so i can bring you to jalan-jalan (walk through) this pasar malam ^^.

wah super jealous! I love walking in pasar malams and I think the one near my house has less than 50 stores and already I feel very happy ;p with 300?!?! I think I'll be in heaven walking and eating!

I definitely won't be cooking on the night it has pasar malam, if only I'm living in Setia Alam. Here the pasar malam is not nice and food dun taste good.

I notice the cone shape nasi lemak bungkus ha ha.. love pasar malam and I miss it a lot. But going to the farmer's market here helps a bit.

It's been years since I go jalan jalan in pasar malam. This pasar malam is really long, with all those yummy food.
When i go to Klang/shah alam for dinner on Saturday night with hubby, I always drop by Setia Alam and see this pasar malam closing shop. Hahah... I like the Starbucks Drive Thru there...

Oh wow, what a great market. So many good foods and so many I have yet to try. I found that photo of the Jack Fruit so interesting. I've only seen one cut down the middle and not with the skin/shell taken off like that. Such great photos!

I also have the same feeling like Wendyywy..now SP setia properties are very expensive..
Whoa, you actually showing off the whole pasar malam.lol. haha... I think you have missed out the dried flower stall. Probably it's still early. You must stop by the stall on your next visit. Loads of dry flowers & herbs available there. I will most probably visiting my brother there after my girl SPM. :o)
