Today I going to share with you this simple and nutritious steamed chicken dish, especially good for women as i added Chinese herb named 'Tang Kuei" ...
I dislike to add too many seasonings in this nutritious chicken dish..just add salt to season..as to enjoy the pure sweetness from this chicken dish..

我有煮过这个,很好吃:)
我想问,为何要放在锡泊纸上去蒸呢?
有什么用意吗?
i bring over my own rice bowl, you prepare chopstick and a seat for me yeah...hehe
spdong, actually with or without foil also ok. i just like to keep it warm with foil and also avoid steaming water drip into the chicken dish..
Hmmm, certainly looks very appetizing...
I am not familiar with the ingredients. But I was wondering whether it is good for mothers that just gave birth.
Haven't make this for awhile, will make it next week when I get a fresh Kampong chicken. Thanks for the reminder.

Deliciously done..
Really nice but "tang kuai" is not suitable for me! Everytime I eat "tang kuai" I will feel sick.
Delicious and healthy!

This is not just a nutritious dish alone; it must be very nourishing too; with the 'tang kuei' ingredient :)

"Tong Kue" only if you going to prepare for small kid like below 3 years old.

wow this looks really good!!! wanna try this badly! my mum also good at cooking this, but i never learn before until now, wanna try to cook this myself one day. ^^
I love this recipe Sonia! I have lots of those herbs in the fridge that my mother in law left in the fridge (and I haven't used at all..haha). Thanks for the recipe. Will try when I come back!
Minimal seasoning is good! I like this style. The herbs will just shine with the chicken after steaming.
This dish is beautiful. I'm not sure I can find all the ingredients here, but likely some similar things to substitute. Perfect use for some of our local chicken in the freezer.
A very appetizing and flavourful chicken dish!
Dang gui chicken is one of my favourites. It's simply irresisitible. I'm pretty addicted to dang gui aroma actually. ha...

Yum! I love simple dishes such as this and with chinese herbs too! Delicious with a bowl of steaming white rice to drizzle the sauce with.
I made this the other day, Sonia. It was fantastic! I love the taste of the herbs and it's definitely different to how we usually prepare chicken. Thanks for the recipe!
My favourite dish...yummy! I can have 3 bowls of rice just with the gravy ;P
