Steamed Chinese Sausages with Arrowhead 花开富贵(腊肠蒸芽菇)~~欢喜过马年

This is an easy dish to be prepared, simply steam the Chinese sausages and arrowhead. Since I have some free time, I tried to assemble them to look like a flower shape, Chinese said 花开富贵, good name and good dish to serve to your guest during CNY.

suggest to use nice and good quality of Lap Cheong (Chinese sausage)..

 Arrowhead or NgaKu 芽菇

Happy New Year Sonia, lovely dish with just 2 ingredients. How I wish my MIL will let me present this kind of dish on her food table during CNY.

Beautiful presentation and delicious. I always wonder how can I use the arrowhead beside braise them with meat. See them in Chinatown especially around CNY. Thanks Sonia
