Lemon bundt cake

Today there will be no new recipe sharing, just like to show you that I baked a lemon butter cake which is my sister's favourite cake using the new bundt pan i bought recently.

Cat's eyes !

Mata Kuching(Cat's eyes) plant in my garden, very common fruit in Malaysia, read here if you don't know this fruit. My husband's plant this tree for two reasons, 1-shelter of his car which parking outside the house, 2-for eating. But he managed to achieve no 2!! The tree is too small to achieve no 1.

-the flesh is very juicy and sweet, furthermore this is organic!!

Flower in my garden

This flower is in my garden, but I dont know the name of this flower, can anyone tell me?
A lot of my relatives and friends visited me, after they see this flower, they sure asked me to give them some for bring back home to plant it.

- just knew that this little tiny bud from the flower can be eaten, it taste like apple, sour and sweet combination, very special taste, and it grows everyday, non stop of supply ... But I'm not sure whether or we can consume this daily....

Bittergourd plant

Beside talking about food, I would like to show you one of the plant in my small garden, bittergourd plant. Actually my helper who is taking care of this plant, I just see and waiting for the fruit only, hehehe. I'm not sure how long I have to wait, but I looking forward to eat this organic bittergourd.

Bamboo tree

These photos were taken from my garden, I like this kind of bamboo tree, green and refreshing. One thing I don't like is need to collect the dried leaves very often, luckily my maid is helping me to take care this job right now, otherwise....

Flower in my garden

Decorate flowers in my dining area with my own grown of flowers. Really relaxing when enjoy meals.
