Since this morning I have been busying preparing this Birthday cake. I hope this Birthday cake will impress my sister on her Birthday tomorrow.
I'm a person don't really can remember other people's Birthday or any other celebration except my mother and my family members only. Sometime I even forgot my wedding anniversary until my husband sent me flowers. Earlier I don't remember my sisters and brother's Birthday too but this time I must remember my elder sister's Birthday. She lost her belove husband last year, and i remembered she told me her husband will buy Birthday cake on her Birthday day. So this time I must take this responsibility and make a Birthday cake for her....
I'm satisfied with this cake, i would say this is the best ever Birthday cake that i have ever decorated.
I use the Cotton cheesecake (recipe here) as the base, apply a layer of fresh cream, sprinkle roasted almond and corn kernels. Top with blueberries filling and pipe flowers.
My little naughty son Desmond asked me to took this picture with his acting like a monkey hands and want to eat this cake...hehehe..
Packed this cake and store in the fridge, will send to my sister's house tomorrow...she just stay nearby me...
Hope my sister stays healthy and live happily.....

Just like to show you the inside look of this cake. My sister and her kids love this cake a lot...At first my sister thought her kids will not like a cheesecake, but surprised that they requested for 2nd piece. This cake is so so good and definitely a keeper for my future Birthday celebration..
