Tian Zi Fang 田子坊, Shanghai China

I have almost forgot to post Tian Zi Fang 田子坊 where i visited last year in Shanghai. Yi or Red Hong suggested me to visit this place ( Terri's daughter and now she is very famous with her Art creation e.g one of her latest creation is using socks to create 张艺谋 Zhang Yimou's portrait)

This area also called as Art Street, a series of alleyways that were previously old Shanghai houses, and have now been converted into boutique shops, antique shops and restaurants with great variety of cuisines. Many of the boutiquie shops are managed by the local artisans to offer drawings and unique creations for sale. No wonder Yi suggested me this place because she love arts! I consider this a must-do in Shanghai.

Yuyuan Garden 豫園, Shanghai China

Before I go to Shanghai China, i have no idea where to visit and places to eat. I tried to search in my blogger list, it seem not many bloggers visit to Shanghai except Terri and later she gave me her daughter Yi contact no. Thanks to Yi recommended me Yuyuan garden, a place must visit if you happen visit to Shanghai. Actually the hotel that i stayed is very near to this garden, less than 5mins by walk.

Shanghai Jiaozi (Dumplings) 饺子

After we finished visited Yu Yuan garden and tried that famous Nanxiang steamed dumplings, we walked back to our hotel (just nearby) through a back lane..While walking back, we spotted a simple Jiaozi (dumplings) shop and we decided to give a try since we were not so satisfied with Nanxing dumplings. We were so happy after tasted their Jiaozi, it was so fresh and yummy.

We went to the famous Yuyuan Garden Shanghai, before i share with you the garden's photos, today i share with you first the famous steamed dumplings in this garden, Nanxiang steamed dumplings.

I just prepared this Shanghai stir-fried noodles for lunch today, using the noodles that i bought from a wet market in Shanghai, only cost me RMB 6.00 per kg (RM 3)..
