Today I would like to share with you this humble home-cooked noodles, easy and quick dried sauce noodles, also called as" Kong Low noodles". Usually I like to prepare this noodle during lunch time.
I like to cook with this type of air dried noodles (thick or thin). Cook in hot boiling water, drain once cooked.
While waiting the noodle to cook, prepare sauce.......shallot with oil, soy sauce and dark soy sauce..
Pour the cooked noodles into the sauce and stir until combined, garnish with fish balls, minced meat ( i cooked with minced pork, seasoning with fish sauce, vinegar and salt) and some blanched green vegetables.
Also I like to serve this noodles with red bean soup (this time i use pressure cooker to cook, only need 20mins) or sweet potato soup.
A plate of simple and delicious noodles
Happy Cooking !!

Drooling... It looks like bak chor mee... :)
To your earlier question, I have read from Happy Home Baking on how to freeze the blueberries. I do not wash them before freezing and give them a quick wash and drain before adding to the batter. Do not thaw too much when using frozen blueberries as the purple colour may run out and ruin the cake. Here's the link and hope it helps: http://happyhomebaking.blogspot.com/2009/02/banana-blueberry-jam.html
Cheers. :)
Sounds like a quick, simple but hmmm delicious noodle dish.
